Love is in a Box of Tissues and Vapo Rub

I just spent the past 5 days with Joshua, 4 of which I've been very sick with a cold. I'm thoroughly convinced that if a man will love you through your nose running, you sounding like a frog, and looking as sick as you feel then he must truly love you as much as he says he does. Actions do speak louder than words. Him leaving the house to go buy some vapo rub just because I wanted some says, "I love you in an altruistic (selfless) way." Cuddling me when I'm gross and not at all attractive and telling me I'm cute anyway says, "I love you for who you are." (Not to mention that also says, "I'm downright crazy about you." ) And us holding long conversations and watching movies curled up on the couch, while I'm clinging to the tissues says, "I truly love being with you, anywhere, anytime, regardless of what we do." It's reassuring to see that he means all that he says.
