Simple Gratitude

My Mom has a car known as “The Whale.” Visiting Virginia included a couple of trips in the whale which reminded me how grateful I am for auto air conditioning. My Mom’s poor beat up hunk of junk had air conditioning the first year of her owning it, but it failed soon after. To fix it is costly, hence why the whale no longer has air conditioning. I’m just grateful living in Texas that my husband’s car (technically our family car, but it was just his first) has functioning and effective air conditioning.
